Chris Thomas successfully practiced architecture after graduating from the University of Colorado in 1977. However, from the time he was 30, he felt he should be writing stories. 

What began as an unrealized dream finally became a reality when at 55,  he semiretired from his architectural practice and fully committed himself to writing his novels: Until Philosophers Become Kings; Book One and The Kingdom Shall Fall; Book Two. The Last Good Samaritan is his third novel.
